Strategic Plan

The development of Ruach Ministries springs from the firm platform established in RICA. Other ministries fulfill portions of the Ruach Ministries mission statement by building on and strengthening RICA. For example, the Compassion and Joel’s Army provide discipleship to transition aged Christians who in turn provide increased exposure to native English speakers, teaching support, and participate in the ministries of RICA. Similarly, the Study Abroad Missions Internship (SAMI) and Ruach Undergrad program provide RICA with expanded educational opportunities, an improved information technology infrastructure, and potential teachers for RICA.

The additional ministries are building blocks that complement one another and build methodically, in an incremental plan of sustainable growth. These plans are built prayerfully as we sense the Holy Spirit guiding us. However, the Ruach Strategic Development Plan is a living document and will change as our understanding of the Holy Spirit's emphasis is refined and clarified.

This strategic development plan explains the process Ruach Ministries will use to accomplish its goals towards the end of "Preparing Generations."
