The Rising
"A Mighty Arm Comes"
The Rising is 30 days of extreme living. It's training to take a student's life with God
from "dial-up" to "broadband." Jesus encouraged us to first know God and
love God, and then live the second commandment, with a love of our neighbors that's real.
Students engage in hand-on ministry as they build on the intimacy with the Holy Spirit. The
program is based in Comayagua, Honduras. Students will be involved in hands-on service at RICA
and in the local community. They will engage in outreach and discipleship while they grow in
their own relationship with God. They will learn and develop principles of intinacy with God,
authority, cross-cultural living, servant leadership, and interpersonal relationships.
